Job summary

Cloud Software Group in Los Angeles seeks a Principal Security Strategist to serve as the security partner for a dedicated portfolio of strategic customers. You will guide customers through security improvement journeys using CVAD and NetScaler, combining hands-on guidance with risk management and strategic education.

This long-term, relationship-based advisory role requires exceptional communication, the ability to explain complex risks to executives, and travel to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior, customer-facing technical role.
• Deep expertise in Citrix CVAD security and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of NetScaler architecture (Gateway, nFactor, WAF).
• Broad IT security principles: IAM, Firewalls, SIEM, risk mgmt.
• Ability to explain complex risks to C-levels and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named, high-touch security expert for assigned customers.
• Collaborate with ATS and internal teams to ensure a unified experience.
• Conduct security assessments, design reviews, and hardening workshops.
• Develop and maintain a Remediation Roadmap and drive execution.
• Leverage product telemetry to create and review customer dashboards.
• Report on security posture, risk reduction, and monthly improvements.
