Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting required.
• Experience with Workiva and XBRL required.
• SOX 404 controls experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) and related reporting.
• Manage external reporting calendar and cross-functional inputs to ensure timely filing.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, disclosures in line with US GAAP and SEC rules.
• Oversee tie-outs and consistency checks across filings, statements, and schedules.
• Collaborate with Legal, IR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Audit to harmonize disclosures.
• Oversee Workiva administration and XBRL processing for SEC reporting.
• Develop procedures and templates to support a repeatable close-to-file process.
• Support stock-based compensation accounting and related disclosures (ASC 718).
• Support SOX 404 controls across financial reporting.
