Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to oversee the SEC reporting process, including the preparation of quarterly financial statements and compliance with GAAP standards. This full-time position will be based in Dublin, CA, and requires a CPA with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including 3 years in a corporate reporting role.
• Prior experience with Big 4 public accounting/audit.
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting standards and filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SEC reporting process including Form 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy filings.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and compliance checklists.
• Drive process improvement opportunities for financial reporting.
