Collins Aerospace seeks a senior leader to manage Supplier Quality & Development, driving long-term strategic direction, supplier qualification, and process improvements across complex programs. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in aerospace supplier quality (or 10+ with an advanced degree), metallurgy expertise, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders

Qualifications

• Requires university degree and 12+ years of experience or advanced degree with 10+ years of experience.
• U.S. Person status as defined by regulations.
• 5+ years in aerospace supplier quality; metallurgy/metallic materials background.
• Ability to communicate and present to all levels and external suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Lead long-term strategy and operational direction for supplier quality & development.
• Manage a team of experienced professionals; supervise supplier qualification and certification.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality initiatives with suppliers.
• Oversee design and execution of supplier quality processes including PPAP, Resourcing Gate, and work transfer.
• Define performance management to meet business objectives and risks.
