Qualifications

10+ years in pharma/biotech with research, clinical development, and commercial strategy.
Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrix and global portfolios.
Expertise in data-driven clinical innovation and modalities (genomics, proteomics, digital pathology).
Executive partner engagement and governance experience (JSCs).
Translate complex science to actionable strategies for stakeholders, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

Serve as executive scientific lead for strategic Pharma/Biotech partnerships.
Lead Joint Steering Committees and align partner needs with capabilities.
Integrate real-world, clinical, genomic, and multimodal data into collaborations.
Develop and position emerging offerings (e.g., LOOP).
Align cross-functional teams from pre- to post-contract.
Drive partner satisfaction, value realization, and renewals.
