Reporting to the Head of Life Science, you will lead Joint Steering Committees, align objectives across accounts, and translate scientific insights into actionable collaborations to accelerate value
Qualifications
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech with research, clinical development, and commercial strategy.
- Global, matrix leadership experience preferred.
- Expertise in data-driven clinical innovation and multimodal data integration.
- Track record of executive partner engagement and governance (JSCs).
- Ability to translate science and data into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Advanced degree required; MBA a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive scientific strategy for pharma/biotech partnerships.
- Chair Joint Steering Committees and align partner needs with capabilities.
- Integrate real-world, clinical, genomic, and multimodal data into collaborations.
- Develop and position new offerings (e.g., LOOP).
- Drive growth through cross-account alignment and renewals.
