• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience
• Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance (US citizenship required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the E-11 portfolio across programs and interfaces with stakeholders
• Translate mission needs into well-defined requirements and budgets
• Develop funding estimates and executable schedules
• Facilitate negotiations and maintain alignment between technical teams and customers
• Develop and monitor metrics and reporting frameworks for program health
• Track budgets and deliverables across the current and upcoming fiscal year
