Los Alamos National Laboratory seeks a seasoned project manager to lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT) delivering capital projects safely, on time and within budget at LANL. You will develop execution plans, schedules and baselines, identify risks and implement corrective actions, and communicate with senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams delivering construction projects with scope, schedule and budget control.
• Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and propose corrective actions.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and related activities with baselines and change control.
• Strong customer engagement with program, project, and line management.
• Excellent written and oral communication, reporting project status to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT) across planning, engineering, procurement, construction and startup.
• Develop and document project scope, execution plan, schedule and budget baselines.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and perform confidence assessments for reserves.
• Serve as focal point for internal and external project communications.
