Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of operational systems across the network, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient environments that support strong academic outcomes.

The role oversees facilities, school operations, enrollment, support services, and vendor management, while guiding cross-functional teams and driving network-wide excellence in a charter school setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in charter schools, district, or multi-campus environments.
• 5+ years of school leadership and 5+ years leading complex school operations

Responsibilities

• Lead network-wide facilities strategy and risk management.
• Oversee school operations, safety, nutrition, transportation, and records compliance.
• Drive enrollment strategy, recruitment, and enrollment accountability.
• Manage budgets, dashboards, and vendor performance.
• Develop systems, policies, and professional development for operations teams
