Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools seeks a Director of School Operations to drive strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of operational systems across the network. You will ensure safe, compliant, efficient schools and support strong academic outcomes.

The role oversees facilities, enrollment, support services, and cross-functional teams, with a focus on scalable systems for network growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in charter school, district, or multi-campus environments.
• Experience managing teams, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
• 5+ years of school leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading complex school or multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead network-wide facilities strategy and safety systems.
• Oversee enrollment, attendance, nutrition, security, transportation, and aftercare.
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and vendor management standards.
• Lead budgeting, dashboards, and operational planning.
• Coach and develop school operations teams across campuses.
