Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Production Scheduling Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). You will organize daily staffing for all lines, ensure labor guidelines, and support shift operations in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good motivational and people skills.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily production schedules for all lines using Master Schedule based on skill, availability and training.
• Make changes to the schedule as business demands and ensure standard labor guidelines are implemented.
• Attendance Tracking and reporting to leadership.
• Prepare and distribute daily staffing reports to leadership.
• Review timecards daily and adjust hours, line codes, breaks, and line sheets.
• Submit daily attendance to temporary agencies.
• Check in new temporary workers and review expectations.
• Ensure GMP compliance before shifts.
• Support interplant communication for shift needs.
• Manage plant de‑crewing process.
• Distribute paychecks on payday.
• Assist in identifying trainers for new temporary staff and HFS staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
