Responsibilities

• Own the schedule board: sequencing estimates and inspections for efficiency
• Manage cancellations and reschedules; backfill open slots quickly
• Re-sequence estimators when weather/disruptions occur; keep homeowners informed
• Drive fast, professional follow-up and maintain call quality
• Coach team members on communication, tone, and problem-solving
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a busy team to stay organized and on track
• Qualify leads to focus sales on the right opportunities
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and crews
• Uphold professionalism in all homeowner interactions
