Job summary

TT Electronics plc is seeking a Master Scheduler/Lead to drive planning excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead the Planner/Buyer team, align Master Production Schedule with customer commitments, and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management to meet business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing planning, strong ERP/MRP expertise, and ITAR eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Five+ years in manufacturing planning, scheduling, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Advanced ERP/MRP planning experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members.
• ITAR eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's production planning function and supervise Planner/Buyer team.
• Establish planning priorities and ensure scheduling and purchasing activities.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Master Production Schedule.
• Balance demand, capacity, labor, and material constraints.
• Prioritize production to meet delivery commitments.
• Analyze demand, inventory, capacity, and supplier performance to identify risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and supply chain challenges.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production transitions.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate priorities across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling and ERP usage.

Join TT Electronics as a Master Scheduler/Lead and play a critical role in ensuring our operations deliver on customer commitments while supporting business growth.

In this role, you'll lead the site's production planning function and directly supervise the Planner/Buyer team, providing coaching, direction, and accountability while overseeing the Master Production Schedule. You'll serve as a key link between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, and Customer Service, ensuring materials, capacity, and production schedules are aligned to meet customer commitments and business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the Planner/Buyer team.
• Establish planning priorities and ensure consistent execution of scheduling and purchasing activities.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Master Production Schedule.

• Prioritize production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.

What You'll Bring

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Advanced ERP/MRP planning experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• ITAR eligibility required.
