U.S. Oral Surgery Management in Irving, TX is seeking a Strategic Scheduler to join our scheduling optimization team.

You will manage high-volume calls, review medical records and insurance, and schedule patients for multiple surgeons, while building strong relationships with referring practices. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dental/medical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of front office experience in dental or medical settings preferred.
• Experience in appointment scheduling and patient communications preferred.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star customer service on every patient and referral interaction.
• Maximize surgeon schedules by filling openings and resolving conflicts.
• Manage scheduling across multiple providers with unique preferences.
• Explain treatment and referral processes to reduce barriers to care.
• Enter and maintain patient data accurately in scheduling system.
• Collaborate with team to support practices.
