Job summary

CACI International is seeking an experienced Scheduler, Journeyman to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. The role develops, maintains, and analyzes integrated program schedules that support logistics, mission, facilities, and operations, reporting to the Program Manager and ensuring milestones and contractual requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• 8+ years of experience supporting program scheduling or related roles
• Experience with DoD, Joint, Combatant Command, or Special Operations
• Ability to brief senior Government and program leadership on schedule performance

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated master schedules for programs
• Coordinate project schedules across logistics, facilities, mission support, and operations
• Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect current execution status
• Identify schedule risks, delays and critical path impacts; recommend actions
• Coordinate schedule development with project managers, functional managers, and subcontractors
• Analyze schedule performance and forecast milestones and deliverables
• Support planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing across projects
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
• Support government reviews and program management reviews
• Ensure schedules align with contractual milestones and objectives
• Maintain schedule documentation, assumptions, dependencies, and changes
• Support transition planning, project startup, and readiness activities
• Conduct schedule analysis for process improvements
• Coordinate updates with cost, risk, and performance management
• Promote standardized scheduling processes and best practices
