Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update integrated master schedules for programs
  • Coordinate project schedules across logistics, facilities, mission support, and operations
  • Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect current execution status
  • Identify schedule risks, delays and critical path impacts; recommend actions
  • Coordinate schedule development with project managers, functional managers, and subcontractors

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced Scheduler, Journeyman to supportlogisticsoperations across the Indo-Pacific. The Scheduler,Journeymanserves as CACI’s project scheduling professional responsible for developing,maintaining,and analyzing integrated program and project schedules that supportlogistics, mission support, facilities, and operational activities. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides schedule managementexpertiseto ensure projects are executed efficiently, milestones are achieved, and contractual requirements are met.

The Scheduler, Journeyman works closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, project managers, functional managers, and subcontractors to develop resource-loaded schedules,monitorproject progress,identifyschedule risks, and provide schedule analysis supporting informed decision-making. This position enables successful program execution through disciplined schedule management, performance tracking, and continuous schedule improvement.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum8years of experience supporting program scheduling, project management, operational planning, or Government program execution.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
  • Experience developing andmaintainingintegrated master schedules for complex Government programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and program leadership on schedule performance, project status, and execution risks.

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government programs involving multiple projects and subcontractors.
  • ExperienceutilizingMicrosoft Project, Primavera P6,DeltekOpen Plan, Microsoft 365, Power BI, or other scheduling and project management tools.
  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent project management or scheduling certifications are preferred.
