Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Scheduler, Journeyman to support logistics across the Indo-Pacific. You will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules to meet milestones and contractual requirements.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, project managers, functional managers, and subcontractors to build resource-loaded schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and forecast milestones for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in program scheduling or related fields.
• Experience supporting DoD/ Government programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated master schedules supporting program execution.
• Coordinate project schedules across logistics, facilities, mission support, and operational activities.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect current execution status.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for program leadership.
