Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Resource Manager, Journeyman to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific from its Springfield, VA area. You will coordinate workforce planning, monitor assignments, and ensure resources align with mission priorities.

The role requires 8+ years in workforce/resource management within government programs, plus proficiency with MS 365 tools and ERP systems. A related Bachelor's degree and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in workforce/resource management, staffing coordination, or DoD program operations.
• Experience supporting DoD, Joint, Combatant Command, or Special Operations organizations.
• Ability to brief senior Government/program leadership on workforce status and planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Management, Project Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning activities for program staffing needs.
• Track personnel assignments, availability, and resource utilization.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and personnel transitions.
• Coordinate with recruiting and HR to fill vacancies.
• Maintain workforce staffing reports and databases.
• Support labor forecasting and contingency staffing during surges.
• Provide staffing metrics and resource utilization briefings.
• Ensure personnel records and staffing documentation are accurate.
