Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Communications/SCADA Project Manager in our Program Management department to oversee telecommunications, SCADA, fiber optic, and RTU projects across the full life cycle. You will coordinate teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure delivery to quality expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, 4+ years of project management experience, and in-office work five days a week with occasional travel. This is an on-site role in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with cost, schedule, scope controls, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecommunications, SCADA, RTU projects across the full project life cycle.
• Lead planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closeout to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop scopes of work, project schedules, cost forecasts, risk tracking and change-control documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on scope, contracts, specs, schedules and changes.
• Develop and manage a prioritized RTU replacement program schedule and coordinate field execution.
