Qualus Corporation is seeking a Senior SCADA Engineer to lead planning, direction, and implementation of advanced SCADA systems across utility facilities. You will drive operational efficiency in energy, water, and industrial automation projects, shaping solutions with engineering excellence.

The role requires leadership, deep SCADA expertise, and the ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and field technicians to deliver high-impact results while maintaining compliance with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of professional SCADA engineering experience with leadership roles.
• US Citizen or valid Green Card to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct engineering studies to determine SCADA system requirements.
• Design specifications for complex SCADA control systems, emphasizing distribution operations.
• Lead the design and configuration of SCADA systems transitioning to ADMS.
• Integrate SCADA with historians like OSI PI and AVEVA; configure PLCs using ST/FB/ladder logic.
• Respond to emergency RT SCADA requests and coordinate testing/commissioning of devices.
• Ensure compliance with NERC CIP-004 and collaborate with clients, vendors, and field staff.
