Job summary

The City of Conroe seeks a SCADA & Asset Management Supervisor to lead the strategic oversight of its SCADA and Asset Management systems within Public Works. You will supervise programming, PLCs, telemetry, and related infrastructure whilst driving data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with GIS and IT, mentor technical staff, manage multiple projects, and respond to emergencies with sound judgment and clear communication.

Qualifications

• SCADA systems, PLC programming, instrumentation experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/Engineering/IS.
• 5+ years in SCADA and asset management environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SCADA programming, PLCs, instrumentation, and telemetry.
• Manage asset management/CMMS systems and data integrity.
• Coordinate with GIS and IT; lead technical staff and projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and emergency response coordination.
