Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting SCADA projects, performing break-fix tasks, documenting systems, and mentoring junior staff. Bachelor's in CS or BSEE and 5 years in the field are minimum; a master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or BSEE; five years process control experience.
• Master's degree in CS or MSEE preferred with additional experience.
• Experience with SCADA, DCS/PLC, and process control systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards (ISA, IEC, AWWA, NFPA).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, install, and maintain process control systems.
• Support watershed operations and SCADA activities; break-fix tasks.
• Maintain SCADA documentation and support contractor work.
• Oversee DCS/PLC systems and related network components.
• Provide training and project leadership to staff.
• Review and write specifications and scopes for new systems.
