Zusammenfassung

RockBridge Search is seeking a seasoned SBA Lender to lead a thriving platform across Coeur d’Alene, Spokane, Seattle and Boise. You will originate and structure SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, partnering with CPAs, attorneys, brokers, and community partners to grow a robust book of business.

You’ll analyze financial statements, present well-structured credit packages, manage the full lending lifecycle from prospecting to closing, and ensure SBA SOP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years direct SBA lending experience.
• Deep understanding of SBA SOP guidelines and structuring requirements.
• Strong credit acumen and ability to analyze complex financials.
• Established referral network in Northwest markets.
• Confidence, integrity, and long-term client trust.
