Develop, manage, and grow a profitable portfolio of commercial relationships.
Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners and executives.
Actively prospect for new relationships through networking and referrals.
Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through lending, deposits, and treasury solutions.
Analyze client financial statements, cash flow, credit history, and collateral.
Structure and present credit opportunities with sound risk discipline.
Collaborate with credit, underwriting, treasury, and operations to deliver service.
Monitor portfolios and identify changing financial conditions or risks.
Conduct regular client meetings and relationship reviews.
