Job summary

EY’s Agile Business Transformation team seeks a senior SAP IS-Oil expert to lead SDM and RFNO implementations across regions. You will translate business requirements into robust SAP-based solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide multiple workstreams from planning to go-live.

You’ll bring 12+ years of SAP IS-Oil experience, strong architecting skills, and proven leadership in end-to-end implementations. 40–60% travel is expected in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• System configuration experience.
• Proficiency in system development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end-to-end SDM/RFNO implementations as Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and converting to functional specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record as Solution Architect or Program Lead for multiple end-to-end implementations.
• End-to-end implementation exposure to at least one full cycle.
• Travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation.
• Oversee budget and resource planning.
• Lead client sessions; manage planning through execution and closure.
• Hands-on experience in SDM, PAT, RFNO, Data Collation and related features.
• Gather and define detailed functional requirements with business users.
• Support functional design and solutioning for IS-Oil SDM/RFNO.
• Collaborate with tech teams to align functional and technical work.
• Assist in UAT activities and rollout readiness.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and support go-live.
