The role requires deep SDM and RFNO expertise, 12+ years in SAP IS-Oil, and proven leadership across end-to-end implementations, with travel up to 40–60%.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP IS-Oil experience.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end-to-end implementations as Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and bridge business and tech teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status across regions.
• Lead client relationships and multiple workstreams.
• Shape SAP IS-Oil implementation and digital transformation strategy.
• Oversee budget and resource planning.
• Lead UAT, rollout, and go-live activities.
