Job summary

EY’s Agile Business Transformation team seeks a senior SAP IS-Oil expert to lead SDM and RFNO implementations across global clients. You will gather requirements, define functional specs, and guide technical teams. Travel 40-60% will be required as client workstreams span regions.

The role emphasizes leadership in end-to-end delivery, UAT, and rollout support within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• At least two end-to-end SDM/RFNO implementations as Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation.
• Oversee budgets and resource planning.
• Lead client sessions and drive workstreams from planning through closure.
• Support UAT and rollout; ensure readiness for go-live.
