With 12+ years in SAP IS-Oil, you will guide client engagements, manage budgets, and oversee UAT and rollout activities, while traveling up to 60% as needed in a global consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end-to-end SDM/RFNO implementations as Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee budget and resource planning for projects.
• Lead client sessions, from planning through execution and closure.
• Engage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
• Support the design and solutioning for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align functional requirements with implementation.
• Assist in gathering functional requirements and support UAT activities.
• Lead UAT and support rollout/go-live.
