Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP IS-Oil Architect to lead complex SDM and RFNO implementations within our Agile Business Transformation group. You will interact with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP solutions and manage multiple workstreams across regions.

This role requires 12+ years of SAP IS-Oil experience, a strong track record in end-to-end deliveries, and willingness to travel 40-60% to support client needs. EY offers a hybrid work model and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead in driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live.
