Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned SAP IS-Oil expert to lead agile business transformation initiatives and digital SAP solutions for oil and gas clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery across regions, manage client relationships, and shape strategic direction for IS-Oil implementations with a focus on SDM and RFNO modules.

You will coordinate with technical teams, gather functional requirements, support UAT, and guide rollout while travel expectations reach 40-60% to meet client needs and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead in driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness.
