EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to manage large SAP implementations, align business objectives with technology solutions, and drive successful outcomes for clients.

You will build trusted relationships with senior client leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee timelines, costs, and quality across complex programs while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management to meet objectives.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics.
