Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to oversee large SAP implementations, partnering with clients and senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. You will establish operating structures for complex programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and drive program governance while guiding resources, budgets, and delivery quality across diverse SAP deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience.
• 5–7 years of experience leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management, finance, and quality management.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, vendor management, and resource management.

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements and managing engagement economics.
