Provisions Group is seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant to lead architecture, delivery, and hands-on configuration across Salesforce engagements. You will ensure scalable, efficient solutions aligned with business outcomes, while engaging with both executives and technical teams for clarity and confidence.

The role emphasizes trusted advisory responsibilities, data modeling, and ongoing client partnerships, with a focus on scalable adoption and long-term impact.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Salesforce configuration including objects, flows, automation, and permissions.
• Ability to extract business requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication with executives and technical teams.
• Experience across two or more Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, etc.).
• Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs within complex Salesforce environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and creating user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with Technical Architect to ensure alignment with objectives and best practices.
• Configure Salesforce components including objects, fields, flows, access models, and automation.
• Provide hands-on support to developers and admins, modeling technical excellence and teamwork.
• Run client projects with clear direction and timely delivery, managing stakeholder expectations.
• Present solution options, roadmaps, and recommended approaches to stakeholders.
• Oversee data modeling and process automation; document solution designs and decisions.
• Advise on adoption, process alignment, and long-term scalability; identify future enhancements.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and emerging tools and best practices.
• Build long-term relationships resulting in ongoing work through delivery excellence.
