Siemens Healthineers in California seeks a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver high-impact learning solutions for field sales teams, leveraging AI-enabled technologies to accelerate development and performance.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and Product Management to build onboarding, role-based curricula, coaching tools, and reinforcement strategies that translate into measurable improvements in win rates and customer engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relative expertise in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong background in adult learning principles and curriculum design, sales training, coaching and enablement processes with focus on value-based selling approaches
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or field sales training, coaching and enablement processes preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics
• Expertise and/or certifications in sales skills delivery

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic commercial learning initiatives that align with business objectives and sales priorities.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Product Management, and field stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design learning solutions.
• Design and implement role-based learning journeys, onboarding programs, and AI-enabled personalized learning experiences.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and learning technology partners to develop engaging training assets.
• Lead and enhance new hire onboarding programs in partnership with Zone Trainers and Commercial Excellence.
• Develop and deliver training strategies for new product launches and evolving value propositions.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning experiences to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
• Leverage AI technologies, learning analytics, and digital platforms to personalize development plans and reinforce learning.
