Job summary

Laser Shot, based in Stafford, Texas, seeks a Sales Support Specialist for a hybrid role bridging executive leadership, the sales team, and clients. You will support sales, draft quotes, coordinate proposals, and assist law enforcement, military, and commercial clients.

You will handle administrative tasks, track orders, maintain CRM data (QuickBooks / internal software), and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in inside sales support, executive assistance, sales administration, or contract coordination.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and hands-on experience with CRM systems and accounting software (QuickBooks).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-stakes client and agency correspondence.
• High level of accuracy in contract oversight, quote preparation, and tracking complex specifications.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and prepare daily action summaries, tracking reports, and executive updates.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, client demonstrations, and high-level corporate travel.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding corporate data, sensitive client files, and executive correspondence.
• Field, pre-screen, and route incoming sales leads and inquiries.
• Draft, generate, and process price quotes, product proposals, and preliminary bid documentation.
• Maintain client relationships through phone and email communications, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Process sales orders and demonstration equipment requests.
• Collaborate with accounting to facilitate order-to-cash workflows, customer billing, and invoice generation.
• Reconcile customer POs and contracts against quotes and proposals.
• Input and maintain detailed customer data, logs, and sales tracking metrics in CRM.
