Fortinet, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a motivated Sales Recruiter to build strong pipelines for Sales and Sales Engineering roles. You will own the full lifecycle, from sourcing through closing, while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship management, and timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales and/or Sales Engineering roles is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple roles and manage competing deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through networking, referrals, online platforms, events, and other recruiting channels.
• Execute recruitment strategies to support hiring goals and meet management expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, presentation, and closing.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the company with a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and ensure timely decisions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
