Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Sales Planning Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership, translating data into actionable insights that improve growth, sales effectiveness, and resource productivity.

You will blend business partnership, analytics, and planning to support decision-making across key commercial initiatives, leading planning, resource deployment, and performance management to optimize territories and drive growth across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, business planning, consulting, finance, or related strategic functions.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and data analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales planning initiatives including goal setting, resource deployment, territory optimization, and performance management.
• Develop resource deployment models, business cases, and performance analyses to support strategic investments.
• Assess and enhance reporting and analytics to enable leaders to identify performance gaps and act.
• Evaluate market potential and growth opportunities across geographies, segments, and therapeutic areas.
