Job summary

Knorr Brake Company, via Zelisko Energy USA, seeks a Planning & Order Professional to manage end-to-end order processing for intercompany customers in a hybrid Springfield, MO setting.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Logistics and other teams, prepare KPI reports, and drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries. A higher education in business/SCM and 3+ years in order management are required.

Qualifications

• Completed higher education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in order management, planning, supply chain, customer service, or similar roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; SAP/ERP experience desirable.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills; understanding of order management and production planning.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface for intercompany customers, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with contracts and requirements.
• Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Logistics and others to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Support special projects and operational tasks within Supply Chain and Production.
• Prepare and analyze KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Provide backup for order processing, planning tasks, and related duties in the Service Center.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to shaping mobility solutions through proactive operational support.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
