Job summary

Rehlko in Kohler, WI seeks a Senior Order Management Coordinator to lead the complete order-to-cash lifecycle for diverse accounts. You will coordinate sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and strong customer satisfaction.

You will work in a hybrid mode (3 days on-site), collaborating with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to resolve issues and improve processes. A strong background in SAP OTC and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent 5–8 years in order management.
• Significant experience supporting sales operations, customer service, order management.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP OTC processes.
• Proven ability to manage escalated issues and mentor others.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce and Smartsheet systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders through the complete order-to-cash lifecycle, including quotations, entry, shipment, invoicing, and closure.
• Provide proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders on status, schedules, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, freight activity, and required documentation.
• Monitor backlog and order status to identify and resolve fulfillment risks.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and guide cross-functional teams.
• Lead onboarding and training for new Sales Coordinators and mentor team members.
