Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization for actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable sales operations processes across the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Partner with Sales leadership to support pipeline growth and sales performance initiatives.
• Own and optimize CRM processes (Microsoft Dynamics 365) including data governance and adoption.
• Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports with executive visibility.
• Drive lead generation strategies and improve pipeline quality.
• Promote process standardization and automation across workflows.
