Job summary

SBANS SBA Network Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Operations & Enablement Analyst to optimize sales processes, manage CRM (Dynamics 365), and deliver Power BI insights. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Legal to improve productivity and drive revenue growth.

You will design scalable operations, lead cross-functional projects, and provide executive-ready reporting for strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Enablement, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or related.
• Advanced PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and storytelling.
• Strong Power BI and data visualization to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel with large datasets for analysis and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong project planning and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support design and continuous improvement of scalable sales operations processes.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline growth and performance.
• Own and optimize CRM processes (Dynamics 365) for data integrity and adoption.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and executive-level performance reporting.
• Drive lead generation strategies and improve pipeline quality.
• Promote standardization and automation of workflows.
• Manage integrated project plans and cross-functional timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet scope and timelines.
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment.
• Deliver structured reporting and executive presentations.
