Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting commercial technology, commercial operations, analytics, or business systems in biotech/pharma.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Experience managing technology vendors, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and digital technologies supporting commercial organizations.
• Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology initiatives for commercial org.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts across platforms.
• Pilot AI-enabled solutions and automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Pricing & Market Access, and Trade & Distribution teams.
