Responsibilities

• Tracking and reporting key metrics for the Sales and Services organization.
• Delivering operational initiatives such as goaling, variable compensation, and territory design.
• Developing and maintaining sales resources (Outlook lists, SharePoint, pricing docs).
• Providing sales tracking, reporting, and analytical support to leadership.
• Ensuring data integrity across reporting systems to support insights.
• Assessing workflows and processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, HR to improve processes.
• Documenting processes and maintaining workflow documentation.
• Contributing to projects that enhance sales effectiveness and operational performance.
• Building cross-functional relationships to support initiatives.
