Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support assigned Client Directors in protecting and increasing Gross Profit Margin and customer satisfaction. You will manage end-to-end transactions, maintain pipeline accuracy, and deliver timely solutions for accounts in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with internal teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to pricing, proposals, and vendor negotiations while ensuring high-quality service and compliance with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in Sales Support or related role preferred in technology
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage full transaction lifecycle from quote to cash with account coordination
• Maintain pipeline and forecast with Client Directors in Salesforce or similar CRM
• Address client questions and work with internal/external teams to resolve issues
• Prepare pricing and proposals for assigned accounts under guidance of Client Directors
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to improve communication and discounts
• Process orders and verify documents before booking
• Coordinate with accounts receivable to review invoices and aging reports
• Create and maintain Client Profiles and historical quotes for effective quoting
• Provide value-added services (SLAs, PPTs, presentations, order history) while understanding client structures
