Job summary

Paychex seeks a strategic leader to manage the planning and execution of divisional sales initiatives, driving performance against KPIs and leading a matrix team of sales support and partners.

You will collaborate with Senior Leadership to optimize sales coverage, use data-driven insights, and align compensation, recruitment, onboarding, and training to strengthen sales effectiveness. This role focuses on policy improvements and operational excellence across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3 years of management/sales experience with knowledge of Sales and Human Capital Management of HR Outsourcing offerings.
• Experience leading a matrix team or project management.
• Sales experience and related leadership capabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a matrix team of internal sales support and partners to execute divisional sales initiatives and strategies.
• Analyze KPIs for key sales initiatives to measure progress and identify opportunities.
• Advise Senior Leadership on measures to improve sales processes and compensation strategies.
• Provide strategy planning guidance through assessment of sales methods, data-driven insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Optimize sales coverage and distribution through territory assessment and growth forecasting.
• Collaborate with HR to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and sales training.
