Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Sales Operations Program Manager to help the growth organization operate with consistency, accuracy, and momentum. This role sits at the center of how the sales organization runs day-to-day, coordinating cross-functional work streams and ensuring core processes are executed with precision.

You will own operational programs across new and expansion sales, improve data quality in Salesforce, and develop SOPs and dashboards that enable leaders to make informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related field.
• Experience coordinating programs with strong follow-through and stakeholder partnership.
• Experience creating SOPs or playbooks for operational teams.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and own operational programs from planning through completion.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements to increase consistency and scale.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process docs, and playbooks.
• Support training and adoption of new processes, tools, and expectations.
• Provide Salesforce data quality, audits, and reporting support.
