Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking a Health Center Operations Leader to manage daily clinic operations, staff needs, regulatory compliance, and patient service across multiple health centers.

This role coordinates with providers, support staff, and health system partners to ensure quality and safety. You will train teams, oversee staffing, scheduling, and backfill, and drive performance through KPI tracking and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field and current RN license with 3-5 years clinical experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in direct employee management and overseeing medical clinic operations.
• 4+ years of experience in direct healthcare setting and delivering excellent service to clients, patients, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance and safety.
• Train and manage staff, ensure patient care quality and safety; coordinate with leadership.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and backfill coverage; manage timesheets and attendance.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations leadership on performance, engagement and policy adherence.
