This role sits at the center of how the sales organization operates day-to-day. The Sales Operations Program Manager helps ensure that critical processes, data, and workstreams are executed with consistency and accuracy so sellers and leaders can stay focused on driving growth. This role offers broad exposure across revenue operations, meaningful cross-functional partnership, and a strong opportunity to build capability and grow within a scaling organization.

The individual in this role is a proactive, detail-oriented operator who brings structure to fast-moving work, follows through reliably, and looks for opportunities to improve how work gets done. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating across functions, and serving as a trusted operational partner to sellers, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Program Execution & Process Coordination
  • Coordinate, support, and own operational programs and workstreams from planning through completion, helping keep priorities on track and stakeholders aligned.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and execution risks, and help implement practical improvements that increase consistency and scale.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and playbooks that support repeatability and team effectiveness.
  • Support training and adoption of new processes, tools, and operating expectations across the team.
Salesforce Data Quality & Reporting
  • Provide day-to-day operational support that strengthens revenue process consistency, data integrity, and team execution.
  • Conduct recurring Salesforce data audits to improve record accuracy, completeness, and reporting reliability across the growth organization.
  • Review CRM data for completeness and consistency, partnering with go-to-market teammates and other stakeholders to reconcile missing, incomplete, or inaccurate CRM data and reinforce strong data hygiene practices.
  • Build ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data views that support growth operations, leadership visibility, and cross-functional decision-making.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, program management, project management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience independently coordinating programs, projects, or workstreams with strong follow-through, stakeholder partnership, and attention to detail. Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, or other process documentation for operational teams. PM certification, preferred.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort working across teams, functions, and levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business tools.
  • Familiarity with data governance, and sales process controls in a CRM environment.
