Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories seeks a Manager, Sales Operations & Planning in the Dallas area to drive forecasting, S&OP, reporting, and cross-functional alignment. You will partner with Sales, Planning, Finance, Ops, Merchandising, and Customer Service to optimize processes and support profitable growth.

Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) with opportunities for impact across inventory management, cycle timing, and executive reporting; strong analytical, PM, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Analytics or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Commercial Planning, Forecasting, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with forecasting demand, margins and sales performance.
• Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Strong presentation development and executive communication skills.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate, analyze, and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc sales reporting.
• Develop insights based on sales performance, forecast trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare reporting and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain opportunity and risk tracking for visibility and accountability.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and follow-up actions.
