Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) is offering a 10-week Sales Internship in Dallas, TX. Interns will shadow the Sales and Sales Planning teams, assist with samples, reports, and weekly meetings, and work closely with Merchandising on PO activity.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, cross-functional collaboration, and a final project presentation to leadership. Participants should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree, maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA, and be able to commit to the full duration

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and available for a 10-week internship.
• Willingness to work on-site, Monday through Friday.
• Able to commit to the full internship duration of 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Assist with pulling samples and reports for internal/customer meetings.
• Attend weekly meetings and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Own sample management and maintain assortment boards.
• Support budgeting and inventory processes and learn forecasting basics.
• Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams on PO activity.
• Contribute to project work and present findings at the end of the term.
